We will ask for you from some info in advance - and will need time with you and your team on the day.

Deep Dive
A review of your business against an agreed set of priorities.
This will result in a full report with recommendations of next steps, what the barriers are likely to be and how these might be overcome.
This is the first commercial piece of work and any costs will have been agreed in advance.
